How to Use Your Card

*When calling to get information or pricing, Please give us the code number on the bottom of the card! It identifies which company plan you have.

*When ready to order, we need to have a valid prescription (all prescriptions expire after one year of date written). Also the code on the card

*The Prescription may be faxed or mailed to us either by the patient or the doctor.

*All prescriptions should be written for a 90 or 100 day supply with 3 refills. *All of our medications are usually sold in 3 month quantities, although we can get lesser quantities from our US Pharmacy.

*Our office will fill out a patient form online that is sent to the pharmacy. We need to have a short health history as well as a list of ALL medications that you currently take.

*All orders are charged on a Visa or Mastercard by the pharmacy that is receiving the order. Some checks or money orders are allowed.


The credit cards are processed by the pharmacy using all of the safeguards associated with each pharmacy.

*All prescriptions should be written for a quantity of 100 pills with 3 refills. The orders are then mailed directly to your home. If you have two different addresses, be sure to let us know to enter that for shipping purposes. When ordering let us know which address to ship the medications to.

*The orders from overseas take about 2 to 3 weeks to get to you. Canadian Orders take about 10 days and our US orders about one week.

*Once you have ordered from us we have you in our refill system. We will call you well ahead of time to see if you want to reorder so that you do not run out of pills. We Never reorder without your permission.

*Any problems that may occur with your order, please call the Canada Med Service and they will be dealt with immediately.

*We insure that you get your orders or your money is refunded.
